Our firm is a general defense civil litigation firm. We handle matters in Missouri and Illinois. We focus on the handling of personal injury cases for the defense. We handle a wide variety of claims, for a broad base of clients. We handle cases in state and Federal courts. We also handle defense of matters before the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and the EEOC. We also defend employers in workers compensation matters in Missouri and Illinois. Our firm is certifed by the WBENC as a woman owned business. Our firm is also a member of NAMWOLF.  Beth Boggs received the President's Award from the WLA in 2014.
